She is accountable for the identification and engagement of high calibre candidates to fulfil senior executive mandates up to and including board level appointments. Her specific focus is Financial Services/CFO, Care and Hospitality.
Previous experience
Over 20 years’ hands-on recruitment and executive search expertise, operating in both mature and developing markets sourcing top quartile talent, for a mixture of FTSE 350 Plcs, Private Equity backed and privately owned organisations. Her early career was in finance roles for Thames Water and Microsoft.
