Kelly is the Business Manager for the HW Interim Solutions business. Supporting Mark Snelling, Managing Director and the wider HW Interim Solutions team with operational support.
Kelly supports the Interim Solutions business operations, as well as managing the CRM and Compliance teams. Kelly is responsible for maintaining new and existing client relationships for Mark Snelling and supporting the CRMs in the team to manage their relationships, she also ensures processes are robust, and that the debt profile of the business remains low.
Kelly Joined HW Interim Solutions in 2023 following a period of running her own Virtual Assistant business. Before this Kelly worked in a number of recruitment and operational support roles for a variety of industries and geographic locations, including the USA.
